All In at LifeSpring

At LifeSpring Christian Church, we believe Jesus invites every person to more than simply attending church. He invites us to follow Him with our whole lives.

Being All In means we are taking intentional steps to love God, love people, and join God in the restoration of a broken world. It means we are not just watching from the sidelines. We are becoming disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus.

No one has arrived. We are all taking next steps. But at LifeSpring, we believe those steps can be summarized in four simple words:

Gather. Grow. Give. Go.

Gather

Worship with us regularly

We gather because worship matters. Sundays are not just an event we attend; they are a rhythm that forms us. When we gather, we are reminded of who God is, who we are, and what He has called us to do together.

The early church devoted themselves to worship, teaching, prayer, and fellowship. They understood that following Jesus was never meant to be done alone.

How to Gather

You can take this step by:

  • Attending Sunday worship regularly.
  • Bringing your family and inviting others to join you.
  • Participating fully in worship, communion, prayer, and teaching.
  • Joining us online when you are sick, traveling, or unable to attend in person.
  • Making Sunday worship a regular rhythm, not an occasional option

When you gather, you are not just showing up for yourself. You are helping strengthen the church family.

Acts 2:42 says,
“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”

Hebrews 10:24-25 says,
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together…but encouraging one another.”

Grow

Take your next step as a disciple of Jesus

Jesus does not simply call us to believe in Him. He calls us to follow Him. That means we are continually being shaped by His Word, His Spirit, and His people.

At LifeSpring, we define a disciple as someone who decides to follow Jesus, is being changed by Jesus, and leads others to do the same.

Growth does not happen by accident. It happens when we intentionally place ourselves in environments where God can shape our hearts, renew our minds, and deepen our faith.

How to Grow

You can take this step by:

  • Joining a LifeGroup.
  • Reading Scripture regularly.
  • Participating in our SOAP Bible reading plan.
  • Praying consistently.
  • Taking part in classes, studies, or discipleship opportunities.
  • Building relationships with other believers who encourage and challenge you.
  • Identifying your next step and taking it.

Spiritual growth is not about perfection. It is about direction. We want to keep moving one step closer to Jesus.

Colossians 2:6-7 says,
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him.”

John 15:5 says,
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.”

Give

Practice generosity with what God has entrusted to you

We give because God has first given to us. Everything we have belongs to Him, and generosity is one of the ways we learn to trust Him more deeply.

Giving is not just about meeting a budget. It is about forming our hearts. Jesus taught that our treasure and our hearts are connected.

When we give, we participate in the mission of God through the local church. We help create space for kids, students, families, outreach, missions, discipleship, worship, and ministry to happen.

How to Give

You can take this step by:

  • Giving financially in a regular and intentional way.
  • Moving toward percentage-based giving or tithing.
  • Giving your time to serve others.
  • Using your gifts, skills, and abilities to strengthen the church.
  • Supporting local and global ministry efforts.
  • Practicing generosity at home, at work, in the church, and in the community.

Generosity reminds us that we are not owners. We are stewards of what God has placed in our hands.

Matthew 6:21 says,
“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

2 Corinthians 9:7 says,
“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give…for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Go

Live on mission where God has placed you.

Jesus sends His followers into the world with purpose. We do not gather just to stay gathered. We gather so we can be equipped and sent.

Being All In means we see our homes, neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, teams, and community as places where God has called us to live as witnesses of Jesus.

We go because the love of Jesus was never meant to stop with us.

How to Go

You can take this step by:

  • Serving on a ministry team at LifeSpring.
  • Looking for ways to love and serve your neighbors.
  • Praying for and investing in people who do not yet know Jesus.
  • Inviting others to worship, LifeGroup, or church events.
  • Participating in local outreach opportunities.
  • Supporting and engaging with global missions.
  • Living as a witness for Jesus in everyday life.

Going does not always mean going far away. Sometimes it means crossing the street, starting a conversation, serving quietly, or showing someone the love of Jesus right where you already are.

Matthew 28:19-20 says,
“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

Acts 1:8 says,
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…to the ends of the earth.”

What Is Your Next Step?

Being All In is not about doing everything at once. It is about taking your next faithful step. Maybe your next step is to worship regularly.

Maybe it is joining a LifeGroup.
Maybe it is beginning to give.
Maybe it is serving, inviting, or going on mission.

Wherever you are, we want to help you take one step closer to Jesus.

Ready to go All In?

Start with one step:

Gather with us in worship.
Grow in your faith.
Give with generosity.
Go live on mission.

Together, we want to be a church of disciples who make disciples, loving and leading people one step closer to Jesus.

All In at LifeSpring

What if there were moments each year when our entire church family leaned in at the same time? Same heart. Same mission. Same purpose. Not scattered. Not siloed. Not watching from the sidelines—but moving together as one church.

LifeSpring is committing to three intentional yearly “All In” moments—strategic, church-wide opportunities where we don’t just attend an event…we live out the mission together. These aren’t just dates on a calendar. They’re moments where we show up shoulder-to-shoulder to love our community well, build real relationships, and help people take meaningful steps toward Jesus.

Why We’re Going All In

Because faith grows when we step in together. Because impact multiplies when we move in unity. Because the church is strongest when it’s not fragmented—but shared.

These All In moments will receive extra focus, prayer, and leadership energy—not because they’re bigger or flashier, but because they help us live out who we already say we are, people who Love God. Love people.

When the whole church moves together, something powerful happens. Walls come down. Trust grows. The community sees Jesus—not just in our words, but in our presence.

Your Invitation

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to be “qualified.”
You don’t need a title or a role.
You just need to be willing.

When you see an “All In” event on the calendar in 2026, don’t think, “Someone else will handle that.” Instead, consider it to be a moment to step in.

Let’s be a church that shows up—together. Let’s be a church that goes All In.
