Matt was baptized as a teen at Mt Carmel Christian Church in Atlanta GA. He graduated from Cincinnati Bible College and later pursued a career in accounting. In 1998 he became a member at LifeSpring, and a few years later he met his future wife, Corrie, at LifeSpring. They have a son, Grant, who is studying at the University of Cincinnati. Matt has served in the areas of worship, finance, small groups, and as an elder since 2023.
