Joe Dempsey, Director of Administration, has attended LifeSpring since meeting his wife, Carrie, several years ago. Joe’s previous professional experience was in leadership roles for a Fortune 500 insurance company. After 28+ years working in the for-profit segment, Joe feels humbled to have the opportunity to serve God and the LifeSpring community, applying his experiences and talents in a more direct manner.

Joe is a lifelong Cincinnati resident who has lived the majority of his life inside the I-275 loop. Joe is a graduate of Saint Xavier High School and Miami University. But don’t worry, Joe and his family are avid Bearcat fans. Go Cats!

Joe and his wife Carrie share 6 wonderful children. Joe and Carrie love spending their time with family and friends, volunteering, and-when life permits-hiking around the region and across the country.
