Interested in becoming a young man of God? In many cultures around the world and in centuries past in our own culture, there were rites of passage. These were intentional experiences that helped shape a boy’s future forever. Through weekend camping events, experiential challenges, and honest teachings about what a young man of God looks like, we will provide initiation rites and the opportunity for a boy to receive the message, “You’ve got what it takes to become a young man of God.”
Secret recipes, beauty tips, remedies for every sort of ailment, and so much more have been passed from mother to daughter for generations. In addition to these great secrets, there exists the most precious secrets of all . . . ancient spiritual truths about becoming a young woman of God. These secret truths will be passed on during fun weekend trips where you are bound to come back with new spiritual truths in your heart and new friends by your side!

This 5-day service trip amplifies the call of God’s heart on students to love their neighbors. Know Sweat wants every student to be in tune with the heart of God and His love for people. God calls upon those who reflect His heart to demonstrate that love to their neighbors. We will travel to Tennessee and spend a great week living on a college campus, worshiping, listening to great speakers each night, and serving throughout the day.
Has the school year got you overwhelmed? Please join us as we get out of town together over three different weekends. In the Fall, we will try to soak up the remaining sunny days boating on Norris Lake in Tennessee, skiing and tubing the snowy slopes in Michigan in the winter, and experiencing a spring weekend at “camp” with all of the traditional great activities.
