LifeSpring Christian Church’s mission emphasizes serving our neighbors as a way to show God’s love. Various physicians and healthcare professionals are volunteering their time to provide quality patient care for uninsured adults living in our community. We want to see more people in NCH enjoying the healthy lives God wants for us all.


Who do we serve?


Who do we serve?

  • Adults 19-64 years old who are uninsured or underinsured—those who are insured but have a deductible of $5000 or more or have a doctor visit copay of $40 or more
  • Yearly income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level : $22,000 for individual, $44,000 for family of 4 (Click HERE for detailed federal poverty guidelines)
  • The clinic is generally first-come-first-served. However, priority is given to residents in zip codes 45224, 45231, 45239 OR LifeSpring Christian Church members

  • Diagnosis & treatment of acute medical problems
  • Health screenings (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure)
  • Basic lab tests (i.e. pregnancy, Strep throat swab)
  • Prayer & spiritual counseling
  • Information on local medical, dental & mental health clinics

  • Prescriptions for controlled substances
  • Emergency treatment (i.e. chest pain, broken bones)
  • Long-term management of chronic health problems


Is it really free?


Is it really free?

  • YES, it is. However, donations are accepted to help cover expenses.
  • The suggested donation is $10 per visit, but any amount is appreciated.
  • If you cannot afford to make a donation, we will still gladly treat you.

This is a listing of local community health centers, which accept uninsured patients on a sliding scale basis. Most health centers require proof of income in order to calculate cost of medical visits and recommended tests. Please contact individual health centers regarding types of documents required for proof of income and/or proof of residency. Since most of these health centers have a several month waiting list for new patients, it may be wise to call for appointments at several centers.
