The basic decision to follow Christ is a decision to surrender?to yield to Him. But that's just the beginning of a lifelong process of transformation. Following Jesus is about movement. In this series we will describe what it looks like to be a growing Christian...and challenge you to own it.
Jesus The Impact
When asked what he felt was the apex of history, Will Durrant, popular historian and philosopher, replied, ?the three years that Jesus walked the earth.? Truly, the impact of Jesus on our world is greater than any human being who ever lived. It is in fact woven so deeply into our world, that in many ways, we don't recognize just how deep His impact has been. And He has been domesticated by both the world and the church. Through this encounter with Jesus, we will come to a new sense of wonder and admiration for what He is doing in the world, and a greater desire for Him to do that work in and through us in our world today.
