Nairobi, Kenya, is home to one of the largest slums in the world. The Mathare Valley is home to more than 500,000 people who live in an area smaller than a square mile. It is a place of desperate poverty.
You can drastically change the life of a child living in the slums of Nairobi by sponsoring a child through Missions of Home International (MOHI). A child who attends a MOHI school wears a green sweater for their school uniform, and that sweater means that they are provided a gospel-centered education, two meals a day, and pastors, teachers, and social workers to care for them and their families. Most of all, they are given respect, dignity, and hope in an environment where these values are in short supply.
If you are not already, please consider supporting a child. Sign up at the table behind the Auditorium for the next three Sundays, or visit CMF’s Child Sponsorship Page.
